Order Changes & Exchanges
Before finalizing your order, make sure to double-check all the details like quantity. Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns or exchanges if there’s a mistake with the selection, like item type, size, design, or address.
If you spot an error, you have 6 hours from placing your order to cancel and reorder it correctly. If you have any doubts before placing your order, feel free to reach out to us. We’re here to help!

Canceling Orders
You can cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it. After that, your order may already be processed or on its way.

Return Window
You have 30 days from the date your order arrives to return an item. After that, the order is considered accepted, and we can’t process any refunds.

Conditions for Returns
Item is damaged or broken
Received something different from what you ordered
The size or material doesn’t match what was ordered
Incorrect product was sent
The item doesn’t match its description

Condition of Items for Return
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
No alterations or wear on the items.
Defects should be our error, not caused by customer mishandling.
Original tags must still be attached.
Minor issues (like stray threads) don’t qualify for returns.

You’ll receive instructions based on your specific case. Please note: refunds are only processed if the return is eligible.

Return Shipping Costs
You’ll be responsible for the return shipping fees, but don’t worry — we won’t deduct this from your refund.

Refund Processing Time
Once we get your returned item, it may take up to 2 business days to process it. We’ll notify you via email and issue your refund, including any original shipping fees.

Refunds usually show up in 10-15 days depending on your card provider’s policies.

Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date you receive your order. After this, no returns or refunds can be processed.
Returns are free of extra fees, aside from the cost of return shipping.
